Sales Support (Full Time)

Who are we?

Flowex BV was founded in 2002 and with our employees we are specialized in importing beautiful cut flowers from Ecuador and Colombia, we are one of the larger importers. We also import cut flowers from South Africa and Israel and cut greenery from Central America. We sell our flowers to wholesalers and retail chains throughout Europe.
What will you do as Sales support
Do you easily make contact and do you like to have a conversation with customers? This is an ideal opportunity to use your qualities. As sales support, you maintain contact with customers and build a long-term relationship with them. You will be part of our team and will start informing (mail, telephone) our customers based on current orders. With your helpful attitude you are ready to support our sellers. You get the space to come up with your own ideas and to think about the sales process!
In addition, there is the possibility to grow into a junior and/or senior salesperson. Briefly what you will do:
· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mails and telephone
· Processing orders in the sales system
· Checking orders
· Support seller(s)
Who are you?
You don’t need to have experience as sales support or in flowers for this position, but we want you to bring a good dose of enthusiasm with you! In addition, you are a real team player and you like challenge and variety. You have a hands on mentality and are enthusiastic about flowers. It’s no problem for you to keep your head cool in busy times. You are social and like to have daily contact with customers. Looking for solutions is no problem for you. If you can speak and write French, that is an advantage, even if you are open to taking a French course.
